Our curated wine program pairs beautifully with our 100% plant-based menu—and this month, we're highlighting the best of NC winemaking. This month, we're proud to feature select NC wines alongside our nationally curated list. Wine Pairing Philosophy Great wine pairing isn't just about matching colors—white with fish, red with steak.
