Element Gastropub is a 100% plant-based restaurant and bar at 421 Fayetteville Street, Suite 103, on City Plaza in downtown Raleigh. We serve 100% plant-based Southern comfort food, so every item on the menu is vegan. The bar pours 20 rotating North Carolina taps and craft cocktails, and we are open seven days a week.

Everything on the menu is plant-based

There is no separate vegan menu because the whole menu is vegan. No meat, dairy, eggs or honey. Our cheez, ranch and bleu cheez are made in house from plants. You can bring friends who eat anything and nobody has to order around the menu.

Saturday breakfast and Sunday brunch

Breakfast runs Saturday from 8am to 11am: waffles, bagels and avocado toast. Sunday brunch runs 11am to 3pm with Chik'n & Waffles with bourbon maple syrup, French Toast, Henny Cinni Rolls, the Brunch Burger, brunch cocktails and mimosas. See brunch.

Gluten-free and allergy notes

Many dishes have a gluten-free option. We have gluten-free rolls, and chik'n is gluten-free when grilled, not fried. Ranch and bleu cheez are now nut free. Tell your server about any allergy.
