Element’s kitchen is fully plant-based. The lunch menu includes familiar pub choices such as Crispy Chik’n, Carolina BBQ, Philly Cheesesteak and burgers. If your group includes vegan guests and people who eat differently, everyone can browse the same menu. Tell the team about allergies or ingredient questions before placing the order. The fact that a dish is plant-based does not by itself establish that it suits a particular allergy.
